ECOVENT is an innovative solution able to help resolve the most common effects of poor venting and able to reduce the maintenance of venting grooves and channels. ECOVENT is based on a simple mechanical system allowing the gas to escape from an exit measuring only a few square millimeters that automatically closes under the pressure of the plastic flow front. Counter pressure of the air inside the cavity is dramatically reduced which modifies the injection parameter and improves the filling pattern.
