Details & specifications
The air needle valve was developed to inject air into the cavity allowing for ejection of the part. The lockup is guaranteed during the injection phase as the needle moves backward under air pressure. Thanks to the special design the valve leaves only a small mark on the injected part and can be used in tight spaces.
