Details & specificaties
De keerplaatjes kunnen met het passende gereedschap eenvoudig in het koelkanaal worden gepositioneerd.
De snelmontagetechniek maakt eenvoudige demontage, mechanische bevestiging en afdichting in overmaatse boringen tot 0,4 mm mogelijk.
Keerplaatjes zijn ideaal voor grote matrijzen, waarbij te diepe boringen tot een slechte temperatuurregeling van de matrijs leiden.
De druk is afhankelijk van de diameter van de stop.
Voor stoppen groter dan 16 mm is speciaal gereedschap verkrijgbaar waarmee een zitting voor de borgring kan worden gemaakt, zodat een hogedrukafdichting van de stoppen wordt gewaarborgd.
