Die Umlenkbleche können mit dem passenden Werkzeug leicht in den Kühlkanal positioniert werden.
Die Schnellmontagetechnik ermöglicht eine einfache Demontage, mechanische Befestigung und Abdichtung in übergroßen Bohrungen von bis zu 0,4 mm.
Umlenkbleche sind ideal für große Formen, bei denen zu tiefe Bohrungen zu einer schlechten thermischen Regelung der Form führen.
Der Druck ist abhängig vom Durchmesser des Stopfens.
Für Stopfen, die größer als 16 mm sind, ist ein spezielles Werkzeug erhältlich, mit dem ein Sitz für den Haltering hergestellt werden kann und somit eine Hochdruckabdichtung der Stopfen gewährleistet wird.
