Application areas:
Heating of moulds, tools and container floors.
Construction:
Heating conductor coils fitted in temperature-shock resistant special ceramic bricks. Border in 0,8 mm thick aluminised sheet steel (stainless steel on request). Can also be supplied with pressure plates for better shape stability.
Implementation types:
Fixing bores according to specifications.
Can be supplied with sensor bores, thermal brackets and notches as far as technically possible.
- Electrical power supply via contact fittings (plug) up to 16 A/250 V, cable terminal boxes with ceramic terminal block or permanently fixed connection-cable or connection strands.
Also available in UL/CSA certified version on request.
