Application areas:

Heating of moulds and tools.

Construction:

Heating conductor coils built into temperature-shock resistant special ceramic bricks, enclosed in clamping frames made of 0,8 mm thick aluminised sheet steel (stainless steel on request), with edge protection and 2 mm thick compensation filler.
Clamping using cylinder-head screws and bolts.
Can be supplied with bores, thermal brackets and notches as far as technically possible.

  • Electrical power supply via contact fittings (plug) up to 16 A/250 V, cable terminal boxes with ceramic terminal block or permanently fixed connection-cable.

Also available in UL/CSA certified version on request.

Unless otherwise specified, our heating elements are rated IP30.
Special versions with a higher degree of protection can be manufactured upon request.
