Application areas:

Heating of rectangular or square compounding extruder cylinders, tools and moulds.

Construction:

Heating conductor coils fitted in temperature-shock resistant special ceramic bricks. Surrounded in sheet aluminium for mechanical protection. Stable steel clamping frames with clamping system.
Insulating filler with sheet metal covering integrated in clamping frames.
Can be supplied with bores, thermal brackets and notches as far as technically possible.

Electrical power supply via contact fittings (plug) up to 16 A/250 V, cable terminal boxes with ceramic terminal block or permanently fixed connection-cable.

Also available in UL/CSA certified version on request.
